His job with the Padres was huge last year as he was selected by the owners to be the person in charge from the Padres side of making sure the All-Star Game went well. He did all coordination of things like transportation, food, security, media, etc on what outside of the World Series is the biggest annual event for Major League Baseball. He worked directly with MLB Commissioner’s Office on the project. He also was in charge of things like securing clearance from the city for the parade and for closing the streets surrounding PETCO for Fanfest. He is definitely someone that the alumni would find interesting.
