Dear Fellow Alumni,
As Saintsmen, we were taught the Catholic faith and the importance of the Augustinian values of Unity, Truth, and Love (Unitas, Veritas, and Caritas).

I am honored and blessed to introduce myself as the new President of the Saint Augustine Alumni Association. For those who may not know me, I am a proud member of the Class of 1979 and a graduate of St. Patrick School in North Park. I also grew up just four blocks from Saints. Over the years, I have served on the Alumni Association Board in various roles, and I have many fond memories of my time at Saints. As a youth, I was an altar server in the Saints chapel and played baseball on the lower field, which we considered our own stadium with its short right-field porch.

I feel truly blessed to have attended such an amazing institution and to have seen both of my sons, Philip and Nicolas, graduate as Saintsmen, as well. This fall 2025 marks the beginning of my journey as President, and I could not be more excited to lead this wonderful organization and continue our proud legacy of fundraising, networking, and providing student scholarships.

Fall also marks the beginning of the Alumni Association Board’s initiatives for the new school year. I’m happy to share that the Board is currently planning several fun and engaging events. These gatherings are not only great social opportunities for our students, alumni, and the San Diego County parochial school community, but they also support one of our most important goals: providing scholarships to some of our most deserving students.

We always look forward to connecting with our alumni and hearing your news. Please reach out if you have something to share with the community or if you’re interested in volunteering at an alumni event.

I can’t wait to see both familiar and new faces getting involved with the Alumni Association. It’s an honor to welcome you into the Saint Augustine Alumni Association.
